Product Manager · Product Owner | Switzerland

I'm a Product Manager and Product Owner who brings clarity to chaos, connects business goals to user needs, and gets things done—especially when creativity is required.

"A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor."
- Franklin D. Roosevelt

About Me

With over five years in product management, I've worked across SaaS, e-Commerce, marketing technology, tourism, and car rental industries. My path into product was unconventional: I started in SEO, built a track record of measurable growth, then moved into digital marketing leadership for some time until I realized I wanted more leverage over the impact I create.

Product management gave me that leverage. It let me combine strategic thinking with execution, and that's exactly what I was looking for.

How I Work

That's when I started cultivating a "getting things done" attitude, adapting to different situations while keeping eyes on the goal. It was a great stage for leading through clarity: asking the questions that help teams reach shared understanding, aligning cross-functional groups toward outcomes, and making progress even when things seem complex or demanding.

My approach: Strategic thinking connected to business objectives. Data-driven decisions grounded in meaningful metrics. Cross-functional leadership that brings engineering, design, marketing, and sales together toward shared goals.

Track Record

Along the way, I've been trusted with high-stakes work. I led a flagship product that represented 70% of a company's revenue. I modernized a legacy system and improved its performance by 65%, driving 30% higher satisfaction from both customers and internal teams. At one point, I was responsible for six of a company's main products simultaneously.

Beyond my main roles, I've built side projects from the ground up—applying product management thinking to solve real problems. These products have achieved notable results and positive user reactions, reinforcing my belief that great products come from deeply understanding user needs.

What Drives Me

I'm drawn to environments where people genuinely try to understand users and build things that actually help them. Industry matters less to me than culture, I thrive where creativity is valued, where teams embrace challenges as opportunities, and where there's always something new to learn. New domains, unfamiliar problems, these energize me rather than intimidate me.

I believe obstacles aren't blocking the way; they're the things that help us find what others gave up on, and that's where real competitive advantage lives. I foster a "can do" attitude in teams I work with, because I've seen what happens when people believe something is possible.
